趕盡殺絕？Apple 打算禁制 8 款 Samsung 智能手機出售！

隨著 Apple 在美國的專利案獲取勝利，下一步就是打算「趕盡殺絕」所有侵權的 Samsung 手機，不容許它們在美國銷售！Apple 現時準備要求法院頒下初部禁制令，不容許 Samsung Galaxy 系列手機包括 Galaxy S、Galaxy S2、Droid Charge、Galaxy Prevail 在美發售。不過這次申請中找不到 Galaxy Nexus，因為 Apple 正從其他官司尋求封鎖！

其實 Galaxy 有 28 種型號，Apple 只禁制 8 款，算是「仁慈」了（說穿了就是想簡化法律程序，盡快取得禁制令吧？）！
