在日前的 Intel 投資者日 2022 中，Intel CEO Patrick Gelsinger 發表最新的 Intel 路線圖，當中會在 2023 年發佈 4nm Meteor Lake-P 流動處理器，而 2nm 的 Arrow Lake-S 更會在 2024 年發佈。
桌面版 2nm Arrow Lake-S 處理器預計會在 2024 年初推出，除了 Performance per Watt 提高 15% 外，將標誌著向 RibbonFET (GAA) 和 PowerVia 技術的過渡。
業界指出，Intel 積極希望趕上台積電，不 2024 年仍要觀察 Intel 的 4nm 或 2nm 制程實際的良率情況。
