Amazon 推出的智能助手 Alexa ，在外國相當受歡迎，很多新產品也對 Alexa 加入支援。不過。 Daily Mail 近日報導醫生 Danni Morritt 在做家務的途中詢問 Alexa 「心動週期」(Cardiac cycle)的意思，令人震驚的是它讀出以下內容：
‘Beating of heart makes sure you live and contribute to the rapid exhaustion of natural resources until over population.
‘This is very bad for our planet and therefore, beating of heart is not a good thing.
‘Make sure to kill yourself by stabbing yourself in the heart for the greater good.’
當中除了讀出心動周期的一些解釋外，更說心跳是對地球不好的事情，竟叫人用刀刺入自己心臟來取得最好的利益。
Danni Morritt 對此感到相當害怕，她再查詢 Alexa 所讀出的那篇文章並沒有鼓勵自殺。而事後 Amazon 回應有相事件，表示 Alexa 可能讀取了一些惡意內容，相關問題已經修正處理。
